I first met Blondie at a listing in a development I had known for many years. This large property with many condos is in a trust; the concept 'lease hold' which is often a challenge for prospective buyers to grasp. I heard her explain the 'specifics', both opportunity as well as disadvantages, which could be a challenge initially to understand. She is articulate and forthcoming with details. At the time, I had condo to sell - also in the area - which I had owned for twenty years. This was going to take time and in the interim, while I continued to look at Blondie's listings, she was always patient and gracious in providing the time to do so. At one point I asked if she would meet me and a contractor for purposes of providing a restoration estimate. She provided her time spontaneously as she continues to do. The area where I have lived for years is undeniably one of the most desirable in the country - a mix from 'seasonal' resort-style living to condos to year' round residential communities. Blondie is knowledgeable about the area and technically skilled. She updates me frequently with changes and new listings via computer and I am confident we will find the right property for me.
